Teaming up with renowned record director Chiu Tsang-hei, Actors' Family presents an original Cantonese musical to tug at your heartstrings through Harriet Yeung (Hatou) and Joe Wong's singing and dancing!
Robbie’s grandmother has been suffering from dementia and is now about to enter heaven. Before finally departing, she asks her cherished grandson to join her on an imaginary rail trip into the past to sort out old conflicts resulting from her condition. As the train pulls in at its destination, will Robbie at last understand what his grandma wants him to know?
In a welcome return to the International Arts Carnival, Actors’ Family brings together a talented group of artistes in this poignant original musical for audiences young and old. Listen out for the sounds of renowned composer Chiu Tsang-hei, while actors Harriet Yeung (Hatou) and Joe Wong have the opportunity to showcase their singing, and young musicians from the Inheritage Philharmonic perform live on stage. Time to head back to the theatre for a touching look at family ties.
